Proration Fee. If the OCCUPANCY DATE is a date other than the first day of the month, the fees due for the first month under this Agreement shall be reduced pro rata on a daily basis.

Transaction Fee In connection with the creation or redemption of Creation Units, the Transfer Agent shall charge, and the Participant agrees to pay to the Transfer Agent, the Transaction Fee prescribed in the Prospectus and such additional amounts as may be prescribed pursuant to the Prospectus. Such Transaction Fee and additional amounts, if any, shall be included in the calculation of the Cash Component or Cash Redemption Amount payable or to be received, as the case may be, by the Participant in connection with the creation or redemption order.
Initiation Fee B. A graduate student employee may consent in writing to the authorization of the deduction of the one-time initiation fee and Union dues, or of agency fees, from their pay and to the designation of the Local as the recipient thereof. Management Fee For all services to be rendered, payments to be made and costs to be assumed by you as provided in sections 2, 3, and 4 hereof, the Trust on behalf of the Fund shall pay you in United States Dollars on the last day of each month the unpaid balance of a fee equal to the excess of (a) 1/12 of .55 of 1 percent of the average daily net assets as defined below of the Fund for such month; provided that, for any calendar month during which the average of such values exceeds $250,000,000 the fee payable for that month based on the portion of the average of such values in excess of $250,000,000 shall be 1/12 of .52 of 1 percent of such portion; provided that, for any calendar month during which the average of such values exceeds $1,000,000,000, the fee payable for that month based on the portion of the average of such values in excess of $1,000,000,000 shall be 1/12 of .50 of 1 percent of such portion; provided that, for any calendar month during which the average of such values exceeds $2,500,000,000, the fee payable for that month based on the portion of the average of such values in excess of $2,500,000,000 shall be 1/12 of .48 of 1 percent of such portion; provided that, for any calendar month during which the average of such values exceeds $5,000,000,000, the fee payable for that month based on the portion of the average of such values in excess of $5,000,000,000 shall be 1/12 of .45 of 1 percent of such portion; provided that, for any calendar month during which the average of such values exceeds $7,500,000,000, the fee payable for that month based on the portion of the average of such values in excess of $7,500,000,000 shall be 1/12 of .43 of 1 percent of such portion; provided that, for any calendar month during which the average of such values exceeds 10,000,000,000, the fee payable for that month based on the portion of the average of such values in excess of $10,000,000,000 shall be 1/12 of .41 of 1 percent of such portion; and provided that, for any calendar month during which the average of such values exceeds 12,500,000,000, the fee payable for that month based on the portion of the average of such values in excess of $12,500,000,000 shall be 1/12 of .40 of 1 percent of such portion; over (b) any compensation waived by you from time to time (as more fully described below). You shall be entitled to receive during any month such interim payments of your fee hereunder as you shall request, provided that no such payment shall exceed 75 percent of the amount of your fee then accrued on the books of the Fund and unpaid.
Construction Fee A fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or to provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.
Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.
Monthly Fee 2.1 The monthly fee is € . The monthly fee includes value-added tax at the statutory rate, which is currently 19%. In the event of changes to the statutory value-added tax payable and/or if any additional taxes/levies have to be paid, the fee specified above may be recalculated accordingly.
Rental Fee Is for one day only from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight. Groups or Individuals requiring more than one day for their event will be charged a rental fee for each day required – no exceptions.
Late Payment Fee If your account is subject to a Late Payment Fee, the fee will be charged to your account when you do not make the required minimum payment by or within the number of days of the statement Payment Due Date set forth on the Disclosure accompanying this Agreement.
Reservation Fee The Reservation Fee is applied to the total cost of Contract (room and board fees) and is due with Contract submission. The Reservation Fee is not a deposit. If the University is unable to accept Contract and provide a room due to space limitations, the Reservation Fee will be fully refunded.
