Proration - Upon Termination of or Retirement from Service. If an Officer should terminate or retire from employment with the Employer, the Employer shall deduct from such employees final paycheck a sum equal to: $1,250.00 or $850 as applicable x the number of full months remaining in the year divided by 12.
