Protecting the Members and Community. To maintain member security, privacy and integrity; Fifty Thousand Foot members agree to the following: Will not post anything that contains software viruses, worms, or any harmful code. Will not develop, support or deploy software, devices, scripts, robots, or any other means or processes (including crawlers, browser plugins and add-ons, or any other technology) to scrape the Services or otherwise copy profiles and other data from the Services. Will not copy use, disclose or distribute any information obtained from the Services, whether directly or through third parties (such as search engines), without the consent of Fifty Thousand Foot. Will not engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Services. Will not use bots or other automated methods to access the Services, add or download contacts, send or redirect messages. Not overlaying or otherwise modifying the Services or their appearance (such as by inserting elements into the Services or removing, covering, or obscuring an advertisement included on the Services); Will not interfere with the operation of, or place an unreasonable load on, the Services (e.g., spam, denial of service attack, viruses, gaming algorithms). Will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Services or any related technology that is not open source. Will not override any security feature or bypass or circumvent any access controls or use limits of the Service (such as caps on keyword searches or profile views). Will not deep-link to our Services for any purpose other than to promote your profile or a Group on our Services, without Fifty Thousand Foot’s consent; Any violation of the code of conduct or other community policies will result in the closure of your account and legal action if required.   • THE MEMBERS Members are the owners of the Company. Members are not entitled to compensation for services furnished to the Company in the Member’s capacity as a Member. The name and residential address of each Member is contained in Exhibit 1 attached to this Agreement. Each Member’s initial membership interest is the percentage set forth in Exhibit 1. An unauthorized transfer of a Member’s interest could create a substantial hardship for the Company. Consequently, the Members agree to the restrictions and procedures affecting the ownership and transfer of the Members’ interests as identified in Article VII. The Members acknowledge these restrictions are not intended to penalize, but rather are intended to protect and preserve the existing trust-based relationships, the Company’s capital, and the Company’s financial ability to continue its operations.

  • MEMBERSHIP IN THE UNION It is the mutual desire of the Board and the Unit that all Teachers shall exercise their rights under this Collective Agreement, or the applicable Statutes of Ontario, in a professional and responsible manner without any fear of discrimination or recrimination.

  • Initial Members The initial Members of the LLC, their initial capital contributions, and their percentage interest in the LLC are as follows: Members Percentage Interest in LLC Capital Contribution (If any)

  • Professional Memberships Each employee is eligible for reimbursement for membership fees or dues paid for the maintenance of a license required to perform employee’s job and for dues paid for membership in one additional job related professional association.

  • EMPLOYER AND UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect and with the conditions of employment set out in the Articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-off. The Employer agrees to provide the name, worksite phone number, and location of the new employee's xxxxxxx in the letter of hiring. Whenever the xxxxxxx is employed in the same work area as the new employee, the employee's immediate supervisor will introduce her to her xxxxxxx. The Employer agrees that a Union xxxxxxx will be given an opportunity to interview each new employee within regular working hours, without loss of pay, for thirty (30) minutes sometime during the first thirty (30) days of employment for the purpose of acquainting the new employee with the benefits and duties of Union membership and the employee's responsibilities and obligations to the Employer and the Union.

  • THE ACADEMY 2.1 The Company will establish and maintain, and carry on or provide for the carrying on of the Academy in accordance with the Master Agreement and this Agreement.

  • Time Off for Union Activities A. Conventions and Conferences Union-designated employees may be allowed time off without pay to attend union-sponsored conventions or conferences. Approval for the time off must be granted in advance of the absence and in accordance with the Employer’s leave policies. Approval will not be granted if the absence interferes with the Employer’s ability to provide coverage during the requested time off or the operating needs of the agency cannot be met.

  • Membership Information 4.3.1 The District shall take all reasonable steps to safeguard the privacy of CSEA members’ personal information, including but not limited to members Social Security Numbers, personal addresses, personal phone number, personal cellular phone number, and status as a union member.

  • Associate Members An Associate Member is any government or regulatory agency that has an interest in the development of oneM2M Technical Specifications and Technical Reports. The list of the Associate Members will be maintained by the Secretariat and visible to all oneM2M Participants.
