Protection of Government. Property During execution of the work, the Contractor shall protect Government property. The Contractor shall return areas damaged as a result of negligence under this contract to their original condition at no cost to the Government.

Protection of Government property—man- agement of high-risk property and classified ma- terials. (1) The Contractor shall take all rea- sonable precautions, and such other actions as may be directed by the Contracting Offi- cer, or in the absence of such direction, in accordance with sound business practice, to safeguard and protect government property in the Contractor’s possession or custody.
Protection of Government. PROPERTY All facilities, property, equipment and materials at Sandia are Government-owned. Acts of theft, illegal possession and unlawful destruction or use of Government property violations punishable under Federal law, and may also result in administrative action. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is the investigative authority for all such incidents including cases involving the personal property of individuals when the incident occurs at a Government-owned installation. Every user of Government property is responsible for its physical protection and for reporting immediately the loss, theft, destruction, or damage of such property.   • Legal Protection 7.14.1 The University shall provide legal representation to any Member of the Bargaining Unit who is named a defendant in a civil action based on performance of the Member’s duties within the scope of employment. This notification shall include a description of the allegation, the identity of the investigating or prosecuting agency, and the status of such investigation or legal proceeding. Progenity shall also provide written notice to OIG within 30 days after the resolution of the matter, and shall provide OIG with a description of the findings and/or results of the investigation or proceeding, if any.

  • GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Company’s obligation hereunder to issue or deliver certificates evidencing shares of Common Stock shall be subject to the terms of all applicable laws, rules and regulations and to such approvals by any governmental agencies or national securities exchanges as may be required.

  • DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY A. In the event of loss, destruction, or damage to any System Agency or State of Texas owned, leased, or occupied property or equipment by Performing Agency or Performing Agency’s employees, agents, Subcontractors, and suppliers, Performing Agency shall be liable to System Agency and the State of Texas for the full cost of repair, reconstruction, or replacement of the lost, destroyed, or damaged property.
