MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS. To observe and perform and comply with any of the provisions contained in the Management Regulations as may from time to time be adopted by the Landlord pursuant to Clause 9.1 hereof.
MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS. Party B must strictly observe and respect all management regulations drawn up by Party A or the management company, including but not limited to the tenants' handbook, tenants' decoration rules, fire safety regulations, and parking lot regulations, etc.

MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS. The Holder agrees that the Company's Directors, insofar as it shall not be contrary to the provisions of this Agreement, shall be entitled at all times to lay down terms and conditions of use, both in respect of the Unit and the Property generally, including those relating to the use of radios, television sets, aerials, airconditioning units and other electrical appliances and apparatus, blinds and awnings, the use of the swimming Pool, tennis courts and other recreational facilities, the control of parking facilities, and such other matters as the Directors deem fit, for the convenience and comfort and general well-being of all the users of the Property and the appearance and Management of the affairs on the Property, and from time to time to vary, alter or amend the same. In the event of there being any conflict between such Management Regulations and this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS. The member agrees that the company’s directors, in so far as it shall not be contrary to the provisions of this agreement, shall be entitled at all times to lay down terms and conditions of occupation and use, both in respect of the unit and of the property generally, including in relation to the use of radios, sound equipment, television sets and aerials, air-conditioning units and other electrical appliances and apparatus, blinds and awnings and such other matters as the directors deem fit, the convenience and comfort and general well-being of all the occupants of the property and the appearance and management of the affairs of the property, and from time to time to vary, alter or amend the same. Such terms and conditions shall only be binding upon the member, however, after they have been ratified by the members of the company holding a majority of the issued shares of the company for the time being, which ratification may be given either in writing or at a general meeting of the company, and the member has been given notice thereof. In the event of there being any conflict between such management regulations and this agreement, the provisions of this agreement shall prevail.
MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS. The USERS agree that the DIRECTORS shall be entitled at all times to lay down additional terms and conditions governing the use and enjoyment of the PROPERTY generally.
MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS. The MEMBERS agree that the DIRECTORS shall be entitled at all times to lay down terms and conditions governing the use and enjoyment of the PROPERTY generally, including those matters described in Clause 16, provided that such terms and conditions do not override the terms of this Agreement.
MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS. The Tenant is to comply with all proper and reasonable regulations made by the Landlord or the Landlord’s managing agents for the use of the Estate and the exercise of the rights granted to the Tenant under Part 1 of Schedule 2. Regulations must not be imposed under this clause

b. Follow the uniform nationwide retail price and prohibit sales at the lowest price.
c. Party B is responsible for ensuring the distributors comply with the market management regulations; when Party B or its distributors violates the regulations, Party A will handle it in accordance with (3) hereunder.
