Program Interactions with Other HFA Programs Other HFA program benefits may be available to the homeowner provided the HHF program maximum benefit cap of $100,000 has not been exceeded, and program funds are available. The homeowner is required to apply separately for each HFA program.
EMPLOYER AND UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect and with the conditions of employment set out in the Articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-off. Agreement Runs with the Land Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all of the provisions, rights, terms, covenants, and obligations contained in this Agreement shall be binding on, and inure to the benefit of, the parties and their respective heirs, successors, and assignees, representatives, lessees, and all other persons acquiring the Property, or any portion of the Property, or any interest therein, whether by operation of law or in any manner whatsoever. All of the provisions of this Agreement shall be enforceable as equitable servitudes and shall constitute covenants running with the land pursuant to applicable laws, including, but not limited to, California Civil Code Section 1468. Each covenant to do, or refrain from doing, some act on the Property under this Agreement, or with respect to any owned property, (1) is for the benefit of such properties and is a burden on such properties, (2) runs with such properties, and (3) is binding on each party and each successive owner during its ownership of such properties or any portion thereof, and shall be a benefit to and a burden on each party and its property hereunder and each other person succeeding to an interest in such properties
CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.
