PROVIDING OF DOCUMENTS. Vendor shall furnish City with all certificate(s) and applicable endorsements effecting coverage required herein All certificates and applicable endorsements are to be received and approved by the City’s Risk Manager or designee prior to City’s execution of the Agreement and before work commences. All non-ISO endorsements amending policy coverage shall be executed by a licensed and authorized agent or broker. Upon request of City, Vendor shall immediately furnish City with a complete copy of any insurance policy required under this Agreement, including all endorsements, with said copy certified by the underwriter to be a true and correct copy of the original policy. This requirement shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement. All subcontractors working under the direction of Vendor shall also be required to provide all documents noted herein.

All certificates and applicable endorsements are to be received by CITY’s Risk Manager within a reasonable time after execution of this agreement. SUBCONTRACTORS- If GRANTEE subcontracts any or all of the services to be performed under this Agreement, GRANTEE shall be solely responsible for ensuring that its subcontractors maintain insurance coverage at levels no less than those required by applicable law and is customary in the relevant industry and shall indemnify CITY and STATE if failure to comply with this provision results in damages to the CITY or the GRANTEE.   • Furnishing of Documents The Owner Trustee shall furnish to the Certificateholders, promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Basic Documents.

  • Resealing of Documents Once the work has been sealed and accepted by the State, the State, as the owner, will notify the party to this contract, in writing, of the possibility that a State engineer, as a second engineer, may find it necessary to alter, complete, correct, revise or add to the work. If necessary, the second engineer will affix his seal to any work altered, completed, corrected, revised or added. The second engineer will then become responsible for any alterations, additions or deletions to the original design including any effect or impacts of those changes on the original engineer’s design.

  • Reuse of Documents All project documents including, but not limited to, plans and specifications furnished by COMPANY under this project are intended for use on this project only. Any reuse, without specific written verification or adoption by COMPANY, shall be at the CLIENT's sole risk, and CLIENT shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless COMPANY from all claims, damages and expenses including attorneys’ fees arising out of or resulting therefrom. Under no circumstances shall delivery of electronic files for use by the CLIENT be deemed a sale by the COMPANY, and the COMPANY makes no warranties, either express or implied, of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall the COMPANY be liable for indirect or consequential damages as a result of the CLIENT’s use or reuse of the electronic files.

  • Execution of Documents Unless otherwise specified, all Credit Documents and all other certificates executed in connection therewith must be signed by a Responsible Officer.

The parties hereto each agree that any such reproduction shall be admissible in evidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative proceeding, whether or not the original is in existence and whether or not such reproduction was made by a party in the regular course of business, and that any enlargement, facsimile or further reproduction shall likewise be admissible in evidence.
