Provincial Vice-President’s or President’s Secondment. On each occasion that a teacher is elected Vice-President or President of the Manitoba Teachers’ Society, he/she shall apply for secondment no later than the last teaching day of April for the following school year. He or she shall be seconded for two (2) full school years, subject to the following conditions:
