Provision of Equipment 6.1 Unless any event described in Article 2.2 or 2.3 of this Agreement occurs, all of the equipment required for any of Party B’s business shall be provided by Party A on an exclusive basis or be provided by the equipment supplier designated by Party A. The specific way to provide such equipment (including without limitation, lease, sales and transfer) shall be decided by Party A unilaterally.
Provision of welfare and basic services shall only be supported as part of wider actions addressing awareness-raising, advocacy, empowerment and reform initiatives
Provision for Generation Compensation Grid unavailability in a contract year as defined in the PPA: (only period from 8 am to 6 pm to be counted): Generation Loss = [(Average Generation per hour during the Contract Year) × (number of hours of grid unavailability during the Contract Year)] Where, Average Generation per hour during the Contract Year (kWh) = Total generation in the Contract Year (kWh) ÷ Total hours of generation in the Contract Year. The excess generation by the SPD equal to this generation loss shall be procured by the Buying Utility at the PSA tariff so as to offset this loss in the succeeding 3 (three) Contract Years.
Provision of Services (a) The HSP will provide the Services in accordance with, and otherwise comply with:
Provision of Access Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Flock hereby grants to Agency a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the features and functions of the Services via the Web Interface during the Service Term (as defined in Section 6.1 below), solely for the Authorized End Users. The Footage will be available for Agency ’s designated administrator, listed on the order form, and any Authorized End Users to access via the Web Interface for thirty (30) days. Authorized End Users will be required to sign up for an account and select a password and username (“User ID”). Flock will also provide Agency with the Documentation to be used in accessing and using the Services. Agency shall be responsible for all acts and omissions of Authorized End Users, and any act or omission by an Authorized End User which, if undertaken by Agency, would constitute a breach of this Agreement, shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement by Agency. Agency shall undertake reasonable efforts to make all Authorized End Users aware of the provisions of this Agreement as applicable to such Authorized End User’s use of the Services, and shall cause Authorized End Users to comply with such provisions. Flock may use the services of one or more third parties to deliver any part of the Services, including without limitation using a third party to host the Web Interface which makes the Services available to Agency and Authorized End Users. Warranties provided by said third party service providers are the agency’s sole and exclusive remedy and flock’s sole and exclusive liability with regard to such third-party services, including without limitation hosting the web interface. Agency agrees to comply with any acceptable use policies and other terms of any third-party service provider that are provided or otherwise made available to Agency from time to time.
PROVISION OF USAGE DATA 58.1 Recorded Usage Data includes, but is not limited to, the following categories of information:
Provision for Local Switching 4.2.12.1 BellSouth shall perform routine testing (e.g., Mechanized Loop Tests (MLT) and test calls such as 105, 107 and 108 type calls) and fault isolation on a mutually agreed upon schedule.
Vision Care Plan The County agrees to provide a Vision Care Plan for all employees and dependents. The Plan will be the Vision Service Plan - Plan A with benefits at 12/12/24 month intervals and with twenty dollar ($20.00) deductible for examinations and twenty dollar ($20.00) deductible for materials. The County will fully pay the monthly premium for the employee and dependents and pick up inflationary costs during the term of the Agreement.
Vision Care Services For purposes of coordination of benefits, vision care services covered under other plans are not considered an allowable expense, as defined in the Coordination of Benefits and Subrogation in Section 7.
Vision Care Effective July 1, 2000, the District shall provide all full-time employees and their dependents with Vision Service Plan (VSP) Plan C. This plan shall provide for a comprehensive exam and new lenses every 12 months, and new frames every 12 months. All other services will be pursuant to the standard VSP plan description, except that it will reimburse up to $50 for examinations by non-panel providers. There shall be a $10 annual deductible on materials only. In addition, the following vision plan enhancements shall take place effective July 1, 2000: $60 wholesale frame allowance; computer glasses; progressive lenses, tints, and UV coatings.
