Provision of Equipment. 6.1 Unless any event described in Article 2.2 or 2.3 of this Agreement occurs, all of the equipment required for any of Party B’s business shall be provided by Party A on an exclusive basis or be provided by the equipment supplier designated by Party A. The specific way to provide such equipment (including without limitation, lease, sales and transfer) shall be decided by Party A unilaterally.
Provision of Equipment. We or the Network Operator will provide, install and maintain Electricity Supply Equipment, including the Meter and necessary ancillary equipment at the Premises, after due consideration of Your wishes. The Electricity Supply Equipment remains the property of the Network Operator at all times and the Network Operator is responsible for installing and maintaining the Electricity Supply Equipment. You must not do anything that will damage or interfere with the Electricity Supply Equipment or use electricity in a way that interferes with that equipment
Provision of Equipment. Except for the equipment provided by the Company to the Contractor and the Representative(s), as set out in Schedule I, the Contractor is required to supply all equipment necessary to provide the Services. The Contractor is also required to ensure such equipment is suitable and maintained in good working order. Contract Fees
Provision of Equipment. The Company agrees to provide the Municipality’s fire department with the equipment necessary for the operation of curb boxes and service valves. In case of fire, the service valves may be turned off by the fire department if they reach a fire before the Company’s representative. The Municipality will notify one of the Company’s representatives of fires which may affect the Natural Gas Distribution System and/or the operations thereof as quickly as reasonably possible or, in the event they cannot reach a Company representative, the Municipality will advise the Company’s standby personnel of such fires. The Company will ensure its representatives reasonably cooperate with the Municipality in preventing, controlling and investigating fires involving or affecting the Natural Gas Distribution System.
Provision of Equipment a) Generator shall provide and install all equipment in accordance with Prudent Utility Practices.
Provision of Equipment. You acknowledge receipt of the equipment listed on the Initial Equipment Order Information and Pricing section of the Application. Our then-current standard pricing applies to the equipment. You agree to pay our then-current standard price (plus shipping) for any additional equipment or supplies.
