Common use of Provisional Employee Clause in Contracts

Provisional Employee. An employee employed for a period of time which will equal or exceed one (1) academic year with the duration of their appointment contingent upon the continuation of the program and the availability of funds.

Provisional Employee. An employee employed for a period of time which will equal or exceed one twelve (112) academic year months with the duration of their appointment contingent upon the continuation of the program and the availability of funds.
