Common use of Provisioning of Service Clause in Contracts

Provisioning of Service. Upon acceptance by iiNet of the Order Form, iiNet agrees to provide and the Customer agrees to acquire the Service as is set out in the Order Form. The Service will be activated on the later of the date on which iiNet is able to provide the Service and the requested activation date nominated in the Order Form. iiNet will use commercially best endeavours to activate the Service in accordance with the timeframes requested by the Customer.
