Provisions Applicable to Professional Account Holders. A Professional Account Xxxxxx who wishes to dispute a Transfer Transaction that has not been authorised by it or has been incorrectly implemented must contact the Platform’s Customer Service Department by telephone as soon as possible after becoming aware of the anomaly and no later than eight (8) weeks after the transaction has been recorded in the account, and must forward the dispute to the Service Provider as soon as possible. Unless the Service Provider has good reason to suspect fraud on the part of the Account Holder, the Service Provider shall reimburse the Account Holder for the amount of the Transaction immediately upon receipt of the dispute request, and in any event no later than the end of the next Business Day. The Service Provider shall restore the Account to the state in which it would have been if the unauthorised Payment Transaction had not taken place. In the event of loss or theft of the Identification Data, any unauthorised Transactions carried out prior to the notification of the opposition shall be borne by the Account Holder. Transactions carried out after the opposition are borne by the Service Provider except in the event of fraud by the Account Holder.

Gov’t Code § 2274.003 of SB 19 (87th leg.); and (e) governmental entity has determined that company is not a sole-source provider or governmental entity has not received any bids from a company that is able to provide this written verification, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required. Gov’t Code § 2274.001(3) of SB 19. “Discrimination against a firearm entity or firearm trade association” does not include: “(1) the established policies of a merchant, retail seller, or platform that restrict or prohibit the listing or selling of ammunition, firearms, or firearm accessories; and (2) a company’s refusal to engage in the trade of any goods or services, decision to refrain from continuing an existing business relationship, or decision to terminate an existing business relationship to comply with federal, state, or local law, policy, or regulations or a directive by a regulatory agency, or for any traditional business reason that is specific to the customer or potential customer and not based solely on an entity’s or association’s status as a firearm entity or firearm trade association.” See Tex. Gov’t Code § 2274.001(3) of SB 19.
