You shall fully comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to your sale of Digital Goods to Buyers though the Platform (including but not limited to those relating to consumer protection, product standards and importation where applicable). If you violate this Clause, you shall indemnify and hold Lazada harmless for any damages, costs or and/or expenses arising out of such violation, and Xxxxxx may, at our sole discretion, take any or all of the following or similar actions:

Provisions Applicable to the Sale of Digital Goods on the Platform. A. You shall fully comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to your sale of Digital Goods to 巳uyers though the Platform (including but not limited to those relating to consumer protection, product standards and importation where applicable). If you violate this Clause, you shall indemnify and hold AgendasuriaMall harmless for any damages, costs or and/or expenses arising out of such violation, and AgendasuriaMall may, at our sole discretion, take any or all of the following or similar actions: your Digital Goods will be delisted or suspended from being sold on the Platform (including with immediate effect); your Seller Account on AgendasuriaMall will be deactivated (including permanently and with immediate effect); your Seller Account will be withheld by AgendasuriaMall, including all your outstanding payables; and/or you will be required to pay a penalty fee, the amount of which shall be determined by AgendasuriaMall. Where required under applicable laws, you shall be responsible for providing a warranty for Digital Goods. Notwithstanding that the Buyer has already been charged for the Order or AgendasuriaMall has already credited to your Seller Account the Payments, AgendasuriaMall may make immediate refunds (and any adjustments) to the affected Buyers, or withhold payment for Buyer transactions, in any of the following events: where AgendasuriaMall is required under the terms of its contract with the relevant third-party payment agent (such as PayPal) to make refunds of unauthorised payments (such as refunds required for payments made under circumstances involving fraudulent or unlawful activity or chargebacks that AgendasuriaMall is required to b MW d e give elTeot to pursuant to the terms of its contract with the relevant third-party payment agent); withdrawal of the Digital Goods by AgendasuriaMall from being listed for sale on the Platform in relation to any regulatory non-compliance or dispute (threatened or actual and whether or not AgendasuriaMall or you are parties thereto), including any Intellectual Property Rights claim; where Orders are stopped and/or cancelled in accordance with the terms of the Terms; where AgendasuriaMall suspects you to be involved in misconduct, fraud or unlawful acts; or where AgendasuriaMall so elects in accordance with the Terms or Digital Goods Terms.
