Provisions of Gratuity Plan. The provisions of this Gratuity Plan shall be effective as from the 1st day of January 1974, subject to the following conditions: Effective the 1st day of January, 1974, employees will be awarded Gratuity Credits in terms of the Gratuity Plan, and the Memorandum of Agreement shall be prepared to establish the credits of each employee. It is understood that the above-referred Memorandum shall form an integral part of this Agreement.
