PROVISIONS OF LAW. In the event that legislation is enacted to delay the effective date for liability for the payment of overtime under FLSA, then this 7(k) election shall be effective as of the date to which such legislation so delays liability, rather than being effective April 14, 1985. In the event that legislation is enacted to allow for the use of compensatory time in lieu of FLSA overtime cash payments, this Section shall be deemed further amended to be in conformity with such legislation.
