Pruning and Care of Shrubs and Young Trees. 6.3.1 Once a year, the Contractor shall undertake the pruning and care of a variety of different species of shrubs at the locations shown in the Appendices. The Contractor’s attention is drawn to the fact that the method and timing of shrub pruning differs according to the species and cultivars of the shrubs. Appendix 1 of this Specification – “Guidelines for the pruning of Shrubs” details the timing and method of pruning for each classification of shrub. Any change to this guidelines set out in Appendix 1 must only be undertaken with the prior written approval of the Supervising Officer. The works of pruning and care shall be undertaken in accordance with the guidelines for pruning of shrubs set out in Appendix 1 of this Specification and in accordance with the following requirements:-

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction.

  • Safety Glasses 10.3.1 Where a teacher is considered to be working in an “eye danger” area, the teacher shall receive a personal issue of standard neutral safety glasses which shall remain the property of the employer.

  • Streets and Municipal Services 4.1 Off-Site Disturbance Any disturbance to existing off-site infrastructure resulting from the development, including but not limited to, streets, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, street trees, landscaped areas and utilities, shall be the responsibility of the Developer, and shall be reinstated, removed, replaced or relocated by the Developer as directed by the Development Officer, in consultation with the Development Engineer.

  • Emergency and urgently needed care outside the service area Professional services of a physician, emergency room treatment, and inpatient hospital services are covered at eighty percent (80%) of the first two thousand dollars ($2,000) of the charges incurred per insurance year, and one-hundred percent (100%) thereafter. The maximum eligible out-of-pocket expense per individual per year for this benefit is four hundred dollars ($400). This benefit is not available when the member’s condition permits him or her to receive care within the network of the plan in which the individual is enrolled.

  • Training and Technical Assistance COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services. COALITION will offer technical assistance for providers on probation. The technical assistance will be designed to facilitate the development and implementation of an improvement plan. The technical assistance will be offered in a manner and schedule prescribed by the COALITION or school district.
