Psychologists. ten (10) days in addition to (a) and (b) above. Three (3) days will be used between August 15 and the start of the school year. One (1) day will be used immediately after the school year. The remaining six (6) days will be scheduled at the discretion of the psychologist to complete student evaluations/re-evaluations and meet timelines as required by state and federal law and such professional duties, including, but not limited to, consulting with staff on behavioral strategies, social behavioral instructional programming for students, development of progress monitoring systems, and consultation on tiered interventions.
