Common use of PUBLIC CONTACT Clause in Contracts

PUBLIC CONTACT. ‌ Contact with the news media, citizens of Xxxxxxxxxx County or governmental agencies shall be the responsibility of County. Under no circumstances shall A/E release any material or information developed in the performance of its services hereunder without the express written permission of County.
