Public Evaluation. At the end of the contract period, the parties agree that COUNTY will evaluate CONSULTANT’s performance. This evaluation will consist of a meeting with CONSULTANT’s authorized representative and the Lake County Public Works Department Director or designee and a review of the Project file done at the completion of the Project to determine whether the Project was completed by CONSULTANT, and any subconsultants, in accordance with this Agreement and the services completed to the satisfaction of COUNTY. This evaluation will become public record.
Public Evaluation. The Board at a public meeting may discuss the Superintendent’s performance. The Superintendent shall have the right to submit to the Board a written or oral response to the evaluation. SBBC’s evaluations of the Superintendent will constitute public records that are subject to public inspection and copying under applicable law.
Public Evaluation. The Superintendent hereby acknowledges that SBBC’s annual and interim evaluations of the Superintendent must be conducted by SBBC during open public meetings in accordance with applicable law and that SBBC’s evaluations of the Superintendent will constitute public records that are subject to public inspection under applicable law.
