PUBLIC HIGHWAYS. The streets to be constructed in this development named, ___________________ shall be conveyed and dedicated to the City of Kawartha Lakes for public highway purposes at no cost to the City and free of all liens and encumbrances.
PUBLIC HIGHWAYS. The public roads to be constructed, shown as on the Plan, shall be conveyed and dedicated to the Town as public highways at no cost to the Town and free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.

  • Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.
