Public Holidays Not Worked. ‌ (a) If you are a full time or part time Employee who is not rostered to work on a public holiday, but would ordinarily be rostered on to work that day of the week, you will be entitled to a day off without loss of pay for that day. (b) If you are a full time Employee, or a part time Employee who works 5 days a week, where a public holiday occurs on your rostered day off you shall be entitled to receive by mutual agreement: (i) Another day off in lieu; or (ii) An equivalent day’s pay; or (iii) One extra day added to your annual leave.
