Public liability cover. 2.1.1 The insurer agrees to indemnity the insured by the terms of this insured section against legal liability to pay damages, including claimant costs recoverable from the insured, as a result of:
a) bodily injury or damage that happens during the period of insurance and arises out of and in connection with recreational water sports;
b) bodily injury or damage that happens during the period of insurance and arising out of or from products loaned by the insured.
Public liability cover. 2.1.1 The insurer agrees to indemnify the insured for all sums which the insured may become legally liable to pay as compensation including claimant costs and expenses in respect of:
a) accidental Bodily Injury to any person other than an Employee;
b) accidental Damage;
c) charges of wrongful arrest or malicious prosecution brought against the Insured arising out of any allegation of shoplifting at the insured’s Premises; occurring during the Period of Insurance within the Territorial Limits in connection with the Business.
2.1.2 The Insurer will also pay the insured’s costs and expenses incurred with the insurers prior written consent:
a) in defence of any claims;
b) for representation at any coroners inquest in respect of any death; which may be the subject of indemnity under this Section. For the purposes of this Section (including any applicable Limit of Indemnity) all claims arising out of one occurrence or a series of occurrences consequent upon or attributable to one source or original cause will be deemed to be a single claim and single occurrence.
Public liability cover. The Public Liability Cover:
(1) must be occurrence-based: that is to say, it must provide indemnity upon claims made after the policy has expired where the events generating the claims occur while the policy is current;
(2) must provide indemnity of not less than $25,000,000.00 per individual occurrence; and
(3) must include the Vendor as a third-party beneficiary, for the Vendor’s rights and interests as Land owner.
Public liability cover. Each party must effect and maintain, during the term of this Agreement, a valid and enforceable public and product liability insurance policy for an insured amount of at least $10,000,000 per occurrence.

Any public liability insurance must be written on an occurrence basis with the specified limit of indemnity for each and every occurrence, and must cover the Participant and Participant Personnel for their respective liabilities caused by, arising out of, or in connection with the negligent performance of any obligation or the exercise of any right under this contract by the Participant or Participant Personnel.

Public liability cover. Cover under an insurance policy that indemnifies the assured against Expense born of claims concerning Xxxx to third persons (other than Personnel for whom the Purchaser must ensure cover by a policy of workers compensation insurance).
Public liability cover. § 7.1 The Contractor shall take out professional indemnity insurance to cover the liabilities that may arise under or in connection with the agreement.
§ 7.2 If the Contractor, its personnel or any other person that the Contractor is liable for, violates any provision of the agreement or otherwise causes the Embassy any loss or damage, the Contractor shall indemnify the Embassy for any such loss or damage.
