Public Safety Fees. First, on or prior to the Fee Payment Date, Developer shall pay (in accordance with Section 5.02.E), one hundred two thousand nine hundred twenty five dollars ($102,925) and second, within thirty (30) days following City’s issuance of the first grading permit for the Off-Site Improvements, Developer shall pay or cause to be paid to City an additional one hundred two thousand nine hundred twenty five dollars ($102,925), collectively as the “Public Safety Fees”.

  • Public Safety The Permittee shall comply with the following provisions.

  • Public safety compliance The Hirer shall comply with all conditions and regulations made in respect of the premises by the Fire Authority, Local Authority, the Licensing Authority or otherwise, particularly in connection with any event which constitutes regulated entertainment, at which alcohol is sold or provided or which is attended by children.
