Public Service Uses. Repeats on Core, National and World Services Two transmissions/cycles engagement fees acquire the second transmission/cycle in the originating service. If the second transmission/cycle is not in the originating service the appropriate repeat fee is payable. A transmission cycle in the World Service shall mean unlimited transmissions within an eight day period with the intention of enabling the programme to be heard throughout the world. All fees below allow programmes to be made available as per paragraph 105.

Public Service Uses. The fees and supplements paid prior to 1st April 2008 acquired all rights to use the recordings for all Public Service and BBC Joint Venture Channel purposes.
