Public Space and Trash. Applicant shall keep the sidewalk (up to and including the curb), tree boxes and alley free of litter, bottles, chewing gum, trash, and other debris in compliance with D.C. Code and Municipal Regulations. Applicant shall police these areas daily for refuse and other materials. Applicant shall also provide cigarette urns and cigarettes butt receptacle wherever patron gather to smoke.

Public Space and Trash. Applicant shall keep the sidewalk (up to and including the curb), tree box(es), curb, and alley clean and free of litter, bottles, and other debris in compliance with D.C. Code and Municipal Regulations. Applicant shall police these areas sufficiently to assure that refuse and other materials are promptly removed. The Applicant agrees to obtain a dumpster to be placed in the rear of the building. Applicant shall ensure that the area around the dumpster is kept clean at all times and the dumpster is placed such that it does not encroach on the abutting property owners and so that no garbage is placed on the abutting property.

Applicant will contract with a trash and recycling contractor to provide sealable container(s) for trash, food waste, and recycling designed to prevent rodent intrusion, and further agrees to keep the containers closed and sealed at all times when waste is not being disposed. Applicant further agrees to hold all recyclable materials and perishable food waste within the building until the morning of the scheduled pick-­‐up. The Applicant shall require its trash and recycling contractors to pick up trash and materials not earlier than XXX a.m. Applicant’s employees shall not dispose of bottles or glass into trash containers or dumpsters in a manner which creates noise audible outside of the premises after XXX p.m.

  • Parking and Transportation ‌ The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings. The Union shall have a standing seat on the University’s committee(s) that work on transportation and parking issues.

  • Building With respect to each parcel of Real Estate, all of the buildings, structures and improvements now or hereafter located thereon. Business Day. Any day on which banking institutions located in the same city and State as the Agent’s Head Office are located are open for the transaction of banking business and, in the case of LIBOR Rate Loans, which also is a LIBOR Business Day.

  • Use of Building With prior notice to the principal/director, Association members of that school may hold meetings in their school building before or after regular duty hours or after the student contact day. Assigned duties take priority over such meetings.

  • Janitorial Services or Building Maintenance Services If this Agreement is for janitorial or building maintenance services, this section is applicable. If this Agreement requires Contractor to perform Services at a new site, Contractor shall retain for sixty (60) days all employees currently employed at that site by any previous contractor that performed the same services at the site. Contractor shall provide upon request information sufficient to identify employees providing janitorial or building maintenance services at each site and to make the necessary notifications required under Labor Code section 1060 et seq.

  • Building Hours The specific hours at any individual building may vary according to the needs of the educational program of the School District. The specific hours for each building will be designated by the School District.

  • Building Access i. Access to Secured buildings: Contractor will work through the GIT Contract administrator for access to the building.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Common Areas Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to use in common with other tenants in the Project, and subject to the Rules and Regulations referred to in Article 5 of this Lease, those portions of the Project which are provided, from time to time, for use in common by Landlord, Tenant and any other tenants of the Project (such areas, together with such other portions of the Project designated by Landlord, in its discretion, including certain areas designated for the exclusive use of certain tenants, or to be shared by Landlord and certain tenants, are collectively referred to herein as the “Common Areas”). The Common Areas shall consist of the “Project Common Areas” and the “Building Common Areas.” The term “Project Common Areas,” as used in this Lease, shall mean the portion of the Project designated as such by Landlord or areas within the Project that the occupants of the Building are permitted to utilize pursuant to a recorded declaration and which areas shall be maintained in accordance with the declaration. The term “Building Common Areas,” as used in this Lease, shall mean the portions of the Common Areas located within the Building reasonably designated as such by Landlord. The manner in which the Common Areas are maintained and operated shall be at the reasonable discretion of Landlord and the use thereof shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations as Landlord may make from time to time. Landlord reserves the right to close temporarily, make alterations or additions to, or change the location of elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that, in connection therewith, Landlord shall perform such closures, alterations, additions or changes in a commercially reasonable manner and, in connection therewith, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any material interference with Tenant’s use of and access to the Premises.
