Publication of Project Information. Consultant shall notify and obtain written approval from the District before presenting verbal or written information to outside individuals or entities about the services or project for which Consultant was retained.

Publication of Project Information. The Project Owner and any partners are required to make reference to the Research Council’s support in any external information issued about the project. The Research Council has the right to publish the name of the Project Owner and project manager, the project title, the duration of the project, the project summary, the popular science presentation and the amount of its allocation. The Research Council may publish project results that are reported in connection with the progress and final reports unless the information has been designated as confidential. Within reason, the Research Council is entitled to require that the Project Owner establishes a website for the project and takes part in relevant seminars, conferences and other dissemination and networking measures.
Publication of Project Information. Unless agreed to in writing by the other Party, neither Party shall publish or present any Project Information prior to the filing of a patent application relating to the Project Information pursuant to section 3.3. Subject to the foregoing and the restrictions provided below, either Party may publish or present Project Information, subject to the prior review by the other Party for patentability and protection of such Project Information. Each Party shall provide to the other Party the opportunity to review any proposed abstracts, manuscripts or summaries of presentations which cover Project Information and give comments in writing promptly and in no event later than thirty (30) days after receipt of the proposed material with either approval of the proposed material or a specific statement of concern, based upon either the need to seek patent protection or concern regarding competitive disadvantage arising from the proposal. In the event of concern, the submitting Party agrees not to submit such publication or to make such presentation that contains such information until the other Party is given a reasonable period of time (not to exceed ninety (90) days from first receipt of publication or presentation) to seek patent protection for any material in such publication or presentation which it believes is patentable or to resolve any other issues. Publication relating to the Project Information are expected to be joint publications. If this is not intended, the Party intending the publication will acknowledge the other Party as the source of technology and information relating to Project Information, subject to section 10.1.

  • KYC Information (i) Upon the reasonable request of any Lender made at least 15 days prior to the Closing Date, the Company shall have provided to such Lender the documentation and other information so requested in connection with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations, including the Act, in each case at least five days prior to the Closing Date.

  • Furnishing of Information; Public Information (a) Until the earliest of the time that (i) no Purchaser owns Securities or (ii) the Warrants have expired, the Company covenants to maintain the registration of the Common Stock under Section 12(b) or 12(g) of the Exchange Act and to timely file (or obtain extensions in respect thereof and file within the applicable grace period) all reports required to be filed by the Company after the date hereof pursuant to the Exchange Act even if the Company is not then subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act.
