Progress and Final Reports. The Grantee shall provide six-month progress reports and a final report as specified in the Project Schedule. Six-month progress reports shall reflect work completed in the previous six months, and final reports shall reflect the entire Grant period. Progress and Final Reports. Progress reports describing program activities, accomplishments, and evaluation results must accompany each request for reimbursement. A final report describing the outcome of grant-funded activities is due with the final request for reimbursement. If, however, the city does not have the results of its program evaluation by the end of the grant cycle, the final narrative report may be submitted no later than six months after the end of the grant cycle (June 30, 2019). (Note: The final request for reimbursement would still need to be submitted by March 17, 2020.) All progress and final reports must be signed by a city official. Progress and Final Reports a) The Applicant responsible for providing Progress and Final reports will be City of XXXXX b) The Applicant shall submit any written progress report to the Commission in the form to be provided by the State Coastal Zone Management Coordinator for the Commission. c) The progress reports shall be provided at the following intervals during the project: i. e.g. 6 months from payment of first funding instalment ii. e.g. 12 Months from payment of first funding instalment d) The Applicant shall submit a written final report at twelve (12) months, and no later than thirteen (13) months, from receipt of the first funding instalment, or within four (4) weeks of completing the Project.
Progress and Final Reports. The Funding Recipient and the Project Partner are to create factual progress and final reports in accordance with the terms of the approval and the specifications of the DBU. For this purpose, the parties to the agreement are to communicate on their respective areas of responsibility. Progress and Final Reports. Where Progress and Final Reports are required by the UKRI Council and/or FNR, they will be submitted according to the normal procedures of those organisations. The required reports will cover the development of the whole project, including any work developed in the collaborator’s country. Any additional requirements for reporting on the effectiveness of the international cooperation will be detailed in the relevant Research Council’s and FNR’s guidelines for applicants.
