Common use of Publikování Clause in Contracts

Publikování. 9.1 Institution and Investigator may publish the Study Results only in accordance with this Section 9. Before submission for publication or presentation, Institution and/or Investigator shall allow SPONSOR not less than sixty (60) days to review any manuscript and not less than thirty (30) days to review any poster presentation, abstract or any other written or oral material which describes or discloses the Study Results. If SPONSOR or CRO so requests in writing, Institution and/or Investigator shall withhold any publication or presentation for an additional sixty (60) days.
