Hexal and its agents may use, refer to and disseminate reprints of scientific, medical and other published articles which disclose the name of the Institution and/or the Principal Tnvestigator consistent with applicable copyright laws. Neither the lnstitution nor the Principal Investigator shall disclose the existence of this Agreement or its association with Hexal, or use the name of Hexal or its agents in any press release, article or other method of conununication, without the express prior written approval of the xxxxx whose name is the subject of the potential disclosure.
