Publication by Sponsor. The Site Parties each acknowledge that the Sponsor may present at symposia, national or regional professional meetings, and publish in journals, theses or dissertations, or otherwise of their own choosing, methods and results of the Clinical Trial and in particular, but without limiting the foregoing, post a summary of Clinical Trial results in on-line clinical trials register(s) before or after publication by any other method. In the event the Sponsor coordinates a multi-centre publication, the participation of the Principal Investigator or other representatives of the Institution as a named author shall be determined in accordance with generally accepted academic standards for authorship as outlined in 11.8 below. If the Principal Investigator or other representative of the Institution is a named author of the multi-centre publication, such person shall have access to the Clinical Trial data from all Clinical Trial sites as necessary to participate fully in the development of the multi-centre publication.
Publication by Sponsor. Sponsor shall have unrestricted publication rights for the Results and may give the data at its sole discretion to third parties for publication.

Sponsor shall coordinate a multi-centre publication, in which case the Principal Investigator shall be provided the opportunity to review and provide his input on each draft of such multi-center publication. The participation of the Principal Investigator or other representatives of the Institution as a named author shall be determined in accordance with generally accepted academic standards for authorship as outlined in 11.8 below. If the Principal Investigator or other representative of the Institution is a named author of the multi-centre publication, such person shall have access to the Clinical Trial data from all Clinical Trial sites as necessary to participate fully in the development of the multi-centre publication.
Publication by Sponsor. SPONSOR shall have the right to submit for Publication, the Study Results, and any background information generated from or related to the performance of the Studies hereunder, that is necessary to include in any Publication of Study Results, or necessary for other scholars to verify such Study Results, without approval from INSTITUTION or PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR.
Publication by Sponsor. The Sponsor will not include the name of the University, or of any member of University's Project staff, in any publicity, advertising, sales promotion, or news release, without the prior written approval of an authorized representative of the University.
Publication by Sponsor. SPONSOR will not include the name of UNIVERSITY in any advertising, sales, promotion, or other publicity matter without prior written approval of UNIVERSITY. UNIVERSITY will not include the name of SPONSOR in any advertising, sales, promotion, or other publicity matter without prior written approval of SPONSOR.
Publication by Sponsor. Sponsor will not include the name of VMH or any of its facilities in any advertising, sales promotion or other public communication without the prior written approval of VMH's president or vice president except as and only to the extent required by applicable law or regulation.
Publication by Sponsor. Institution acknowledge that the Sponsor may present the Research Data at symposia, national or regional professional meetings, and publish in journals, theses or dissertations, or otherwise of its own choosing.
Publication by Sponsor. 11.2. The Parties each acknowledge that the Sponsor and/or Principal Investigator may present at symposia, national or regional professional meetings, and publish in journals, theses or dissertations, or otherwise of their own choosing, methods and results of the Clinical Trial and in particular, but without limiting the foregoing, post a summary of Clinical Trial results in on-line clinical trials register(s) before or after publication by any other method, subject to clauses 11.4 through 11.7 of this Agreement and any publication policy described in the Protocol, provided any such policy does not obstruct publication unreasonably. Sponsor shall submit the main results of the Clinical Trial for publication in a peer-reviewed journal within 12 months of the availability of data from the primary analysis regardless of the Clinical Trial outcome, however Company understands that the Sponsor may not be able to publish or present the Clinical Trial results if the results are considered clinically or scientifically insignificant based on objective industry standards. The disclosure of the Company’s role and participation of the representatives of the Company as a named author shall be determined in accordance with generally accepted academic standards for authorship as outlined in clause 11.7 below.
