Publishing of rosters. 39.3.1 Roster periods will be for 28 days in accordance with the short haul/domestic operations of the client airline. 39.3.2 The Company or client airline will make rosters for each roster period available to flight attendants as early as possible but not less 24 hours before the commencement of a roster period. 39.3.3 In accordance with clause 26.3, rosters will be updated daily on a 14 day rolling basis. It will be the responsibility of flight attendants employed under the Agreement to monitor any changes to their published roster in order to ensure availability for work in accordance with the published roster or any changes made subsequent to publication. 39.3.4 The rostering system or roster period used for flight attendants may be varied in-line with any variations to the rostering system used for flight attendants employed in domestic/short haul operations by the client airline.

  • Product and Service Offerings The Products and services available under this Contract are set forth herein and specified in Appendices C and D which may be amended during the contract term to incorporate new Product or service offerings, price revisions or deleted items. This Contract is limited to sale, installation and maintenance of Product (see also 4.2 Service Offerings). Leasing is not permitted at this time. The Commissioner reserves the right to amend the Contract at any time to incorporate lease offerings. Offering updates should be submitted under the Contract as soon as possible after they are announced by Contractor in accordance with the terms of Appendix H. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS A. No drug use of any type, nor consumption of alcoholic beverages by the Contractor or its personnel shall be permitted on the premises. B. The Authorized User will not be liable for any expense incurred by the Contractor as a consequence of any traffic infraction or parking violations attributable to employees of the Contractor. C. It is the Contractor's responsibility to maintain the equipment and materials provided for the work consistent with applicable safety and health codes. D. The Office of General Services' interpretation of specifications shall be final and binding upon the Contractor. E. The Office of General Services will make no allowance or concession to the Contractor for any alleged misunderstanding or deception because of quantity, quality, character, location, or other conditions.

  • Rosters 8.1 As far as practically possible, the Employer will draw up a roster 1 week in advance. Changes to rosters may occur with 24 hours notice or, subject to the availability of the Employee, with less notice if by mutual consent. 8.2 The Employer will ordinarily roster Employees in a manner that is both fair and equitable to ensure that, where applicable, the allocation of weekend and public holiday hours are equally divided between Employees on a rotating basis.

  • Rostering 8.1 This clause 8 shall only apply in respect to Employers listed in Schedule 5 – Legal Entities and Schools Covered by this Agreement, who engage Teachers to work for 48 weeks or more per year in an Early Childhood Service. 8.2 Rostering arrangements will not occur that would otherwise entitle employees to shift penalties under the Award. 8.3 Employees will not be rostered to regularly work outside the Award span of hours. 8.4 Employees will not be regularly required to work overtime.   • Directory Publication Nothing in this Agreement shall require Verizon to publish a directory where it would not otherwise do so.

  • Professional Conferences Professional conferences are those conferences sponsored by educational organizations, institutions of higher learning, and government and industry concerning teaching, learning and educational research. When a full-time or part-time faculty member’s attendance at a professional conference conflicts with his/her regular assignment, the faculty member must submit a request for attendance to the appropriate Xxxx, Director, or Supervisor. If granted, the attendance at the conference will be considered leave with pay, and a follow-up report of the conference shall be submitted to the appropriate Supervisor.

  • Conferences At the request of the State or the Engineer, conferences shall be provided at the Engineer's office, the office of the State, or at other locations designated by the State. These conferences shall also include evaluation of the Engineer's services and work when requested by the State.
