Availability for Work. A part-time nurse shall make herself available for work on any shift, if required, as follows:
(a) i) For twelve (12) full months of the year.
Availability for Work a) Every contracted Musician shall be available for every service of the Orchestra for which he is being paid, whether or not he would normally be involved in that service.
Availability for Work. 11:01 An employee who has not accepted any work assignment for three (3) calendar months shall be deemed to have resigned unless employment continuation is approved by the Employer.

11:01 There is no obligation for the Employer to offer work to an employee or for an employee to accept work that is offered.
11:02 An employee who has not worked for a period of forty-five (45) calendar days may be terminated at the sole discretion of the Employer.
Availability for Work. An employee who has received a leave of absence under this provision shall make himself/herself available for work during the hours when his/her presence is not required in court. However, if an employee's work shift is other than between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., the employee shall have the right to be excused from his/her assignment for a period of time equal to his/her required court duty.
Availability for Work. All employees shall make themselves available for work and when called by the hiring center must accept the assignments and must work. The Contract Board shall have the power without regard to any other provisions of this Agreement to enforce such procedures as shall assure that all employees are dispatched with regularity. In appropriate cases the Contract Board may require retrain- ing for other positions in the industry, apply disciplinary procedures, or take other actions to compel the employees to make themselves available for work and to work with regularity.
Availability for Work. If an employee has no order for work, the employee can be made available for work on the next day via the nightly call-in, Monday to Thursday and Saturday. Any employee without orders who remains available in the system must be near the employee’s contact telephone the next morning from 8:00
A. M. to 9:30 A.M., Monday to Friday, except on paid hol- idays for assignment as a fill-in for someone who fails to appear. All persons hired in the morning as fill-ins must be available for work and will be given a reasonable period of time to arrive at the work sites. If no orders are received on a Saturday call-in, the employee need not be near the employee’s contact phone on Sunday or on a Monday hol- iday. If Monday is not a holiday, the employee must be by the employee’s contact phone on Monday. In order to ver- ify availability, sixty (60) employees selected on a random basis by the computer will be called daily between 8:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. by the dispatchers and Waterfront Commission personnel at the THS. The sixty will include ten (10) individuals whose names are provided by the Association because there is reason to suspect that they are not available to work. Failure to respond to these calls will result in the imposition of an “A” debit.
Availability for Work. (a) Any employee not available for call-out for any period of time in excess of five (5) working days will notify the employer of any day(s) they will not be available.
(b) If the employee fails to notify the employer of such period of absence and/or they do not make themselves available for work unless for sickness or other just cause, he/she may be removed from the list.
(c) If the employee is not on an approved leave and does not accept offered work for a minimum of twelve (12) offered shifts per half year they will lose their seniority as per Article 10(e). Each half year is defined as the period from February 1 to July 31 and August 1 to January 31 in any calendar year.
Availability for Work. Employees will be informed of a telephone number which they may call or a designated website to log onto at the time designated by their principal/administrator to report their unavailability for work.
Availability for Work. This Article applies to all employees except for Family Services Support Workers, Thompson MB whose provisions are contained in Appendix I.
