Publishing of SLA measurements. Registry Operator agrees that ICANN may publish on its website for each SLR whether Registry Operator met the applicable performance measurement as set forth in this Appendix 10 (“Threshold Measurements”). Additionally, ICANN agrees that it shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Registry Operator with a monthly report within twenty (20) calendar days following the end of each calendar month, describing in reasonable detail each of the performance measurements and testing performed by ICANN during such month with regard to the TLD and the SLRs described in this Appendix 10 (such reports and the data set forth therein, the “Measurements Data”). Except for Threshold Measurements, ICANN shall not publish Registry Operator’s Measurements Data until Registry Operator provides written consent to ICANN to publish the Measurements Data, which such consent shall be binding on Registry Operator. In the event that Registry Operator disputes the Measurements Data, ICANN shall publish the Registry Operator’s response to such Measurements Data alongside the Measurements Data itself. Example: Registry Operator records 15 minutes of service level exception beyond the time periods contemplated by the SLA. The current amv is 30,000 total names registered and time period was 43,920 minutes. As such, Registry Operator will credit Registrar for 10.25 Transactions at the then Current Pricing Level.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a.
