Pupil Transportation Span and Segments. During the term of this Agreement, the overtime rate shall be paid to bus drivers, child care attendants who ride a bus, and intervention aides who ride a bus, for time in excess of eight (8) hours of work or in excess of a ten (10) hour span, whichever computation produces the greater overtime. There shall be no more than two (2) segments used to compute a bus employee’s work day.
