Purchase of Vehicles. 1. If the Grantee is provided with written approval from the Department to purchase a vehicle, the title to the vehicle shall be taken in the name of the grantee, with the first lien to the State of New Jersey, Department of Community Affairs, Division of Community Resources. The grantee shall, within ten (10) days after registration of the vehicle, provide the Department with a copy of the registration with recorded lien.
Purchase of Vehicles. 6.1. In consideration of the Customer’s agreement to pay the Price, the Supplier shall Deliver the Vehicles to the Customer subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
Purchase of Vehicles. In the event Customer, pursuant to this Section 9 shall be required, or shall have the option to, purchase any of the Vehicles, Customer shall purchase said Vehicles at or within the time aforesaid for an amount, payable in cash, equal to the Original Value of each Vehicle. As shown on the applicable Schedule A, less the sum of the applicable Depreciation Credits earned during the term of this Agreement (the “Depreciated Value”), plus any sale, excise or use tax arising from the purchase. Additionally, at the time of purchase, Customer must pay Lexington any unpaid charges accrued pursuant to this Agreement, and any unexpired licenses, taxes and other expenses previously paid by Lexington for the Vehicles, including personal property taxes and use taxes. Customer shall have no right to purchase any Vehicle as to which the term on the applicable Schedule A has expired.
Purchase of Vehicles. On or before the Termination Date, Destination Microfield, LLC shall have completed the purchase of the Vehicles from Lessor.
Purchase of Vehicles. Seller hereby agrees to sell to Purchaser the "Vehicles", which shall be TWO HUNDRED THIRTEEN (213) Shelby Series One automobiles to be further identified by serial number on Schedule 1 attached hereto.
Purchase of Vehicles. All vans and similar vehicles purchased by the Company and its affiliates for use in the operation of its business shall be made by manufacturers organized by a union affiliated with the AFL/CIO.
Purchase of Vehicles. Prior to the Closing, the Company and Seller may transfer to Seller title and possession of the vehicles listed on Schedule 5.11 on the terms set forth on such Schedule 5.11.
