Common use of Purpose of Faculty Meetings Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Faculty Meetings. Tuesdays will be reserved for faculty meetings. Faculty meetings are meetings which involve all Professional Staff Members assigned to a building for such purposes as: school business, Professional Staff Member-pupil relationship, assessment and/or any other school-wide purpose identified by the Principal or the Superintendent, or by the Principal in cooperation with the School Faculty Council. Professional Staff Members may not be excused from faculty meetings on a regular basis because of extra-duty commitments.
