Common use of Purpose of Fee Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Fee. a. Subject to the conditions set forth in 1 b. below, all eligible non-member employees in this unit will be required to pay to the majority representative a Representation Fee in lieu of Dues for services rendered by the majority representative. Nothing herein shall be deemed to require any employee to become a member of the majority representative.

Nothing herein shall be deemed to require any employee to become a member of the majority representative.
