Purpose of the Government Provisioning Conference. The purpose is to acquire and use EDFP, PTD, and SPTD to identify supply support for the End Item (EI). To complete provisioning actions associated with the provisioning decision process, that is, selecting, coding, computing, cataloging, procuring and distributing of support items. The provisioning conference will be used as a tool to identify and verify the items on the RPSTL, concurrently listed on the PPL, and supported with the EDFP against the Government approved production model of the end item.

  • PRE-JOB CONFERENCE a) The Employer shall notify the union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award. Prior to the start of each project, a pre-job conference shall be held to determine all site-specific issues as outlined in the Agreement.   • Church Conference Vote At least two-thirds (2/3) of the professing members present at a church conference of the Local Church must vote to disaffiliate from The United Methodist Church “for reasons of conscience regarding a change in the requirements and provisions of the Book of Discipline related to the practice of homosexuality or the ordination or marriage of self-avowed practicing homosexuals as resolved and adopted by the 2019 General Conference, or the actions or inactions of its annual conference related to these issues which follow.” Local Church shall provide documentation, to the satisfaction of Annual Conference, which evidences the result of the disaffiliation vote taken at the church conference. Such documentation must be certified by an authorized officer of Local Church and shall be included as an Exhibit A to this Disaffiliation Agreement.

  • Certification of Meeting or Exceeding Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy Minimum Standards A. Grantee certifies that it has adopted and enforces a Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy that meets or exceeds all of the following minimum standards of: i. Prohibiting the use of all forms of tobacco products, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, water pipes (hookah), bidis, kreteks, electronic cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, snuff and chewing tobacco; ii. Designating the property to which this Policy applies as a "designated area,” which must at least comprise all buildings and structures where activities funded under this Grant Agreement are taking place, as well as Grantee owned, leased, or controlled sidewalks, parking lots, walkways, and attached parking structures immediately adjacent to this designated area; iii. Applying to all employees and visitors in this designated area; and iv. Providing for or referring its employees to tobacco use cessation services. B. If Grantee cannot meet these minimum standards, it must obtain a waiver from the System Agency.

  • Notification of Government Investigation or Legal Proceeding Provider shall notify OIG, in writing, of any ongoing investigation or legal proceeding by a governmental entity or its agents involving an allegation that Provider has committed a crime or has engaged in fraudulent activities, within 30 days of Provider receiving notice of such investigation or legal proceeding. This notification shall include a description of the allegation(s), the identity of the investigating or prosecuting agency, and the status of such investigation or legal proceeding. Within 30 days after resolution of the matter, Provider shall notify OIG, in writing, of the resolution of the investigation or legal proceeding.

  • Review of legality and data minimisation (a) The data importer agrees to review the legality of the request for disclosure, in particular whether it remains within the powers granted to the requesting public authority, and to challenge the request if, after careful assessment, it concludes that there are reasonable grounds to consider that the request is unlawful under the laws of the country of destination, applicable obligations under international law and principles of international comity. The data importer shall, under the same conditions, pursue possibilities of appeal. When challenging a request, the data importer shall seek interim measures with a view to suspending the effects of the request until the competent judicial authority has decided on its merits. It shall not disclose the personal data requested until required to do so under the applicable procedural rules. These requirements are without prejudice to the obligations of the data importer under Clause 14(e). (b) The data importer agrees to document its legal assessment and any challenge to the request for disclosure and, to the extent permissible under the laws of the country of destination, make the documentation available to the data exporter. It shall also make it available to the competent supervisory authority on request.

  • Conference requirement and procedure (i) The Employer, or the Employer’s representative, shall, when requested by the Employees or their Employee Representative/ Union Delegate, confer (within a reasonable period of time which should not exceed 1/2 hour) for the purpose of determining whether or not conditions are inclement. (ii) Provided that if the Employer or the Employers’ representative refuses to confer within such reasonable period, Employees shall be entitled to cease work for the rest of the day and be paid inclement weather.
