Provisioning Conference. Seller and Customer shall hold a provisioning conference at a mutually agreed location and date (but no later than [***] months prior to the delivery of the first Aircraft to Customer) to discuss the initial provisioning of Seller Parts and Supplier Parts.

Provisioning Conference. The Contractor shall host Provisioning Conference(s) at the Contractor’s facility, based on the provisioning performance schedule. The Contractor shall furnish provisioning data and clarification of any provisioning issues to the Government.
Provisioning Conference. The Government provisioning conference shall take place at the Contractor’s facility within a week of the Verification Conference. The number of line items reviewed shall determine conference length. The Contractor should schedule approximately five (5) business days per 400 line items on the Provisioning Parts List (PPL). The Contractor shall support the provisioning conference with a work area for the end item and office space with adequate worktables and chairs. Government personnel shall have access to copy machine, paper, and telephone. The Contractor shall have one complete Government approved configuration of the end item(s) and associated contracted items for the Government provisioning conference. The Contractor shall provide (if required) labor for setup, disassembly, or assembly of the end item(s) to the extent necessary to verify provisioning data. The Contractor shall provide a technical consultant(s) familiar with all aspects of the end item to provide logistics and engineering support to the Government. W911QY-05-D-0004 Page 18 of 51 C6 CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT. The Contractor shall implement and maintain an internal configuration management program for the CK throughout the life of the contract. EIA649, ‘National Consensus Standard for Configuration Management’, may be used as a guide for the Contractor’s configuration management program. Provisioning Conference. The contractor shall attend a Provisioning Conference. The contractor shall provide a minimum of one production grade system for use at the conference. Disassembly of system, by the contractor, may be required during the conference to verify all provisioning documentation, parts and assemblies are accurate. The Provisioning Conference shall be conducted concurrently with the PCA. (CDRL B003, Meeting Minutes)
Provisioning Conference. The Contractor shall host a Provisioning Conference(s) following the Provisioning Guidance Conference at the location specified by the Government. The focus of the conference is to drill down the top level assembly to determine which level of maintenance for the Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) or maintenance tasks can be completed where and by whom. To that end the Contractor shall provide and disassemble production equipment as directed by the Government to validate and verify all provisioning documentation. The Contractor shall report all Conference Agenda and Conference Minutes using DI-ADMIN-81249A as a guide for the reporting requirements.
Provisioning Conference. The contractor shall organize, attend, and contribute to the provisioning conferences outlined in the PSA Plan IAW SAE TA-STD-0017 Product Support Analysis, AR 700-18, Logistic Provisioning of US Army Equipment. The provisioning conferences shall be conducted at the contractor facilities for provisioning conferences. The Contractor shall provide or have readily available internet access, conference call capabilities, standard office supplies, and copier capabilities for Government use during a provisioning conference. The contractor shall send provisioning technical specialists to attend and provide data clarification to the Government during the course the provisioning conference. The contractor shall present the data, rationale, and supporting documentation to the Government team for each PLISN. The contractor shall incorporate guidance and comments and resubmit the updated information for Government approval. The contractor shall take meeting minutes to capture concerns, issues, and information exchanged. The contractor shall submit minutes IAW CDRL A002, Meeting Minutes. If the contractors data is not accurate or IAW AMC XXX 700-25 Logistics Guide to Provisioning, SAE GEIA-STD-0007 Logistics Product Data, and AR 700-18 Provisioning of US Army Equipment, the Government may cancel the provisioning conference. The contractor shall make corrections or changes identified by the Government prior to the next provisioning conference.

  • PRE-JOB CONFERENCE a) The Employer shall notify the union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award. Prior to the start of each project, a pre-job conference shall be held to determine all site-specific issues as outlined in the Agreement. This conference may be conducted via telephone, through a scheduled meeting or by some other practical means as agreed to by the parties. b) A copy of the pre-job conference report shall be provided to the Employer, the Union and the Job Xxxxxxx (s). A copy shall also be posted on the bulletin board(s) at the jobsite.

  • Informal Conference An employee against whom the disciplinary action is being considered may be requested to attend an informal conference with the immediate supervisor, his/her designee and/or a Human Resources Administrator prior to official written notification or any recommended disciplinary action. At such conference, the employee shall be informed orally of the specific disciplinary action being considered as well as the reasons therefore and be given an opportunity to respond thereto. At such a conference, the employee may represent himself/herself and/or be represented by a union representative. Holding such an informal conference is discretionary with the District and the failure to do so shall not invalidate any disciplinary action taken pursuant to this regulation.

  • PRE-BID CONFERENCE Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday, May 23, 2022, @ 2:00 PM, located at W220 Pre-con Conference Room, 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx (Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx) Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. Attendance is not mandatory but is encouraged.

  • Provisioning 2.4.1 BellSouth shall provision services during its regular working hours. To the extent OneTone requests provisioning of service to be performed outside BellSouth’s regular working hours, or the work so requested requires BellSouth’s technicians or project managers to work outside of regular working hours, overtime charges set forth in BellSouth’s intrastate Access Services Tariff, Section E13.2, shall apply. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if such work is performed outside of regular working hours by a BellSouth technician or project manager during his or her scheduled shift and BellSouth does not incur any overtime charges in performing the work on behalf of OneTone, BellSouth will not assess OneTone additional charges beyond the rates and charges specified in this Agreement. 2.4.2 In the event BellSouth must dispatch to the End User’s location more than once due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by OneTone (e.g., incomplete address, incorrect contact name/number, etc.), BellSouth will xxxx OneTone for each additional dispatch required to provision the circuit due to the incorrect/incomplete information provided. BellSouth will assess the applicable Maintenance of Service rates from BellSouth’s XXX Xx. 0 Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 13.3.1.

  • Preconstruction Conference Prior to, or concurrent with, the issuance of the Notice to Proceed with Construction, a conference will be convened for attendance by the Owner, Contractor, A/E and appropriate Subcontractors. The purpose of the conference is to establish a working understanding among the parties as to the Work, the operational conditions at the Project Site, and general administration of the Project. Topics include communications, schedules, procedures for handling Shop Drawings and other submittals, processing Applications for Payment, maintaining required records and all other matters of importance to the administration of the Project and effective communications between the project team members.

  • Evaluation Conference The final evaluation conference shall occur not later than the end of the fall term. The purpose of the final evaluation conference is to discuss with the probationary employee the results of the evaluation and announce the team’s recommendation. The evaluation team shall determine what additional evaluation activity shall occur during the spring term. If the team recommends that the District not employ the professor for the following year, no evaluation activities in the spring are necessary.

  • Professional Conferences Professional conferences are those conferences sponsored by educational organizations, institutions of higher learning, and government and industry concerning teaching, learning and educational research. When a full-time or part-time faculty member’s attendance at a professional conference conflicts with his/her regular assignment, the faculty member must submit a request for attendance to the appropriate Xxxx, Director, or Supervisor. If granted, the attendance at the conference will be considered leave with pay, and a follow-up report of the conference shall be submitted to the appropriate Supervisor.

  • Conference Promptly after the execution of this Contract, Contractor shall confer with the Program Manager, Design Professional, Owner, and Using Agency to identify personnel and relevant organizational charts of each team member, and to establish working relationships with each team member.

  • Parent-Teacher Conferences A. Unit member shall be available at mutually arranged times during the regular school day to confer with parents regarding learning difficulties, student progress and/or behavioral problems a student may be experiencing. Unit members are encouraged to arrange a meeting or conference with parents before or after the regular school day if both time and place are mutually agreeable. B. In the event that a bargaining unit member does not communicate with a parent on the established date for parent unit member conferences as per the calendar adopted by the Board, a reasonable attempt to contact that parent will be made. A reasonable attempt constitutes a phone call or email. If that contact is not returned, the bargaining unit member shall not be obligated to make further contact.

  • SPECIAL CONFERENCES Special conferences for important matters may be arranged between the Union and the designated representative of the Board upon the request of either party.
