Code § 2252.907, Vendor shall make any public information created or exchanged with the State pursuant to any contract with TWC, and not otherwise excepted from disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act, available in a format that is accessible by the public at no additional charge to TWC.
Pursuant to Texas Government. Code Section 2252.908, Contractor shall submit a disclosure of interested parties (Form 1295) to SJRA at the time Contractor submits this signed Agreement to SJRA. Pursuant to Texas Government. Code Section 2155.004(b), Contractor certifies that the individual or business entity named in this Contract is not ineligible to receive the specified Contract and acknowledges that this Contract may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
Pursuant to Texas Government. Code Section 2262.154, the state auditor may conduct an audit or investigation of any entity receiving funds from the state directly under this Contract or indirectly through a subcontract under this Contract. Xxxxxxx's acceptance of funds under this Contract acts as acceptance of the authority of the state auditor, under the direction of the Legislative Audit Committee, to conduct an audit or investigation in connection with those funds. Under the direction of the Legislative Audit Committee, an entity that is the subject of an audit or investigation by the state auditor must provide the state auditor with access to any information the state auditor considers relevant to the investigation or audit. Grantee shall include a clause concerning the authority of the state auditor to audit funds and the requirement to cooperate in any subcontract it awards.
Pursuant to Texas Government. Code Chapter 2270, the Architect represents and warrants to the District that the Architect does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement.
Pursuant to Texas Government. Code Chapter 2270, the Consultant represents and warrants to the District that the Consultant does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement.»
Pursuant to Texas Government. Code Chapter 2271.002, Artist certifies that either (1) it meets an exemption criteria under Section 2271.002; or (2) it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of the Agreement. Artist acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate. If Artist meets an exemption, it shall provide TWU written notice of what that exemption is at the time the Agreement is made. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2274, if Artist has 10 or more full-time employees and the Artist is to receive $100,000 or more in value for goods and services provided to TWU under this Agreement, Artist certifies that it does not boycott energy companies and will not boycott energy companies during the term of this Agreement. Artist acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate. [This second paragraph can be removed if purchase will be less than $100,000.]
Pursuant to Texas Government. Code Chapter 2272, the District is prohibited from contracting with any abortion provider or an affiliate of an abortion provider whereby the provider or affiliate receives something of value derived from state or local tax revenue. Any contract entered into by the District is void if the prospective vendor has such a prohibited affiliation or contractual relationship. By signing this agreement you are certifying to the District that you do not have such an affiliation or contractual relationship.

Code Chapter 2274, if the contract is valued at $100,000 or more and if Consultant has at least ten (10) full-time employees, then Consultant represents and warrants to the District that the Consultant does not discriminate against firearm entities or firearm trade associations and will not discriminate against firearm entities or firearm trade associations during the term of the contract. This provision does not apply to sole proprietorships.
