Pursuant to Virginia. Code Section 22.1-296.1, Xxxxxx agrees and certifies by its signature below that any and all persons who will provide services for or on behalf of the Lessee on public school property and have direct contact with students have not been convicted of a felony; any offense involving the sexual molestation, physical or sexual abuse or rape of a child; or any offense for which registration is required as defined in Virginia Code Section 9.1-902.
