Qualification for Participation. Members (including entities that become Members after the Effective Date) may purchase Products pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Any Member that withdraws or is terminated from Broadlane membership may not purchase Products pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Qualification for Participation. Any Broadlane Customer (including any entity that becomes a Broadlane Customer after the Effective Date) in any location within the United States (including the District of Columbia) and any class of trade may elect to purchase Products pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Supplier must not allow any Broadlane Customer that withdraws or is terminated as a Broadlane Customer to purchase Products pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 2.4
Qualification for Participation. Any KPS Customer (including any entity that becomes a KPS Customer after the Effective Date) in any location within the United States (including the District of Columbia) and any class of trade may elect to purchase Products pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.   • Committee Participation 9.01 Except as otherwise provided in this Collective Agreement, an Employee (or the Employee’s alternate) who is a member and attends meetings of a committee established by the Employer, shall be paid at the Employee’s Basic Rate of Pay for attendance at such meetings.
