Qualifications of Arbitrators. Each arbitrator selected as provided herein is required to be or have been a director or executive officer of a corporation whose shares of common stock were listed during at least one year of such service on the New York Stock Exchange or the American Stock Exchange or quoted on the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations System.

Qualifications of Arbitrators. The arbitrators must be licensed real estate brokers who have been active in the leasing of commercial multi-story properties in the Market Area over the five-year period ending on the date of their appointment as arbitrator(s).
Qualifications of Arbitrators. Each arbitrator so appointed shall have a reputation as being experienced in the legal and technical matters related to the dispute, shall be required to disclose, among other disclosures, any prior involvement with the legal and technical matters related to the dispute and any involvement with a competitor of any party, and shall not be presently nor in the past have been affiliated with any party or a competitor of any party. Notwithstanding the method of their appointment, each arbitrator shall be required to meet the standards contained in the Rules with respect to impartiality, independence and neutrality.

An individual shall not serve as an arbitrator for a dispute in which that person has participated under Article 14.4 (Good Offices and Conciliation).
Qualifications of Arbitrators. Each member of the Arbitration Tribunal must be an independent, impartial, neutral and have experience in the subject matter of the Dispute. At least one member of the Arbitration Tribunal must be actively engaged in the practice of law, or a retired member of the state or federal judiciary, and must have at least ten years' experience in resolving disputes in the area of law directly related to the subject matter of the Dispute. The Arbitration Tribunal will be the judge of its own qualifications and jurisdiction.

Qualifications of Arbitrators. 1. All arbitrators shall: (a) have relevant expertise or experience in one or more of the following areas: law, international trade, environmental matters, other matters covered by this Agreement or the resolution of disputes arising under international agreements; and (b) be independent and impartial, including serving in their individual capacities and not be affiliated with, or take instructions from, any disputing party or third party or have dealt with the case in any capacity. 2. At least one arbitrator shall have relevant expertise or experience in environmental matters and at least one in international trade, unless the disputing parties agree such expertise or experience is not necessary in light of the scope of the dispute. 3. Unless the disputing parties agree otherwise, the chair of the arbitration panel shall not be a national of any disputing party or third party and shall not have their usual place of residence in any disputing party.
Qualifications of Arbitrators. The arbitrators in any such arbitration shall, insofar as is practicable, be a person who is expert in the subject matter of the dispute.
Qualifications of Arbitrators. The sole arbitrator or the third arbitrator appointed pursuant to paragraphs (a) through (c) of Clause 7.2 (ii) hereof shall be recognized legal or technical expert with extensive experience in relation to the matter in dispute.
