Qualified Evaluator. a. Only qualified evaluators will evaluate support staff employees. A qualified evaluator refers to those professional employees who are required to hold a supervisory or administrative certificate in accordance with Article 21 or Section 34-83 of the School Code, and who have been approved as evaluators by the Pekin Public Schools District #108 Board of Education.
