Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) with a Process Report. All QAQC will be conducted by the contractor prior to product delivery and documented in the Process Report. A narrative report shall be prepared describing equipment, procedures, and programs used for the aerial triangulation. Root-mean-square error summaries will be given for bundle adjustment photographic measurement residuals or strip tie point residuals and misclosures at control/check points. In addition, significant misfits encountered at control points, and steps taken to analyze such misfits and to rectify the discrepancies, will be described. All QAQC will be conducted by the contractor prior to product delivery and documented in the Process Report. The Process Report must be completed as part of the product delivery. A complete GIS Metadata file shall be included with the datafiles including a summary of the above, source, dates, accuracy, area covered, acquisition requirements, documentation about registered or private benchmarks utilized, coordinate reference system, and other standard components.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

At the end of such ninety-(90) day period, Verizon may disconnect trunks that, based on reasonable engineering criteria and capacity constraints, are not warranted by the actual traffic volume experienced. If, after such initial ninety (90) day period for a trunk group, Verizon determines that any trunks in the trunk group in excess of two (2) DS1s are not warranted by actual traffic volumes (considering engineering criteria for busy Centium Call Second (Hundred Call Second) and blocking percentages), then Verizon may hold ECI financially responsible for the excess facilities and disconnect such excess facilities.

  • Data Quality 4.1 Each party ensures that the shared Personal Data is accurate.

  • PROJECT MILESTONES, REPORTING AND PAYMENTS 15. The milestones for the projects, their relationship to the outputs, expected completion dates, relevant reporting dates and expected payments to be made are set out in bilateral schedules to this Agreement. The Commonwealth will make payments subject to the performance reports demonstrating the relevant milestone has been met.
