Quality Control Procedures - Advertising Materials. The Licensee shall cause its sublicensees to periodically submit to the Licensee, and the Licensee shall periodically submit to the Licensor, copies of all advertising and promotional and display material, and all stationery and transaction documents employed by the Licensee and its sublicensees, which display any of the Licensor’s Trademarks, and Licensee shall, and shall cause its sublicensees, to discontinue the use of any such materials which do not satisfy the requirements set forth in this Agreement.
