Quarantine – Government Emergency Order. Where a medical office of health or a government agency issues an order to close a school, a board facility, or, board service, an affected employee may be required to work in his/her classification and salary rate at an alternate work site. This alternate worksite shall be the closest work site from the employee’s residence up to a maximum of 60 km’s from his/her worksite. Where such cannot be arranged, the employee will be on sick leave with pay and no sick leave credits will be deducted for this purpose.

  • Federal Government's Emergency Clause All provisions of this Agreement shall be subordinate to the rights of the United States of America to operate the Airport or any part thereof during time of war or national emergency. Such rights shall supersede any provisions of this Agreement inconsistent with the operations of the Airport by the United States of America.

  • Government Standards The Contractor shall ensure that all items and services proposed conform to all local, State and Federal law concerning safety (OSHA and NOSHA) and environmental control (EPA and Bureau County Pollution Regulations) and any other enacted ordinance, code, law or regulation.   • Government Data Practices Vendor and Sourcewell must comply with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as it applies to all data provided by or provided to Sourcewell under this Contract and as it applies to all data created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or disseminated by the Vendor under this Contract. If the Vendor receives a request to release the data referred to in this article, the Vendor must immediately notify Sourcewell and Sourcewell will assist with how the Vendor should respond to the request.

  • Environment Health and Safety 24.4.1.
