Questions/Clarification Regarding the RFP. If Offeror is in doubt as to the meaning of any item in this RFP, a request for clarification may be submitted to PSA. All questions shall be addressed to PSA in writing and submitted through PSA’s electronic bidding system service provider ProcureNow. PSA shall not be responsible for late delivery. Contact with any other PSA employee or official is prohibited without prior written consent from the Point of Contact (POC) of this RFP. See page 4 for POC information. Failure to observe this requirement may be grounds for rejection of the proposal. Any change or addition to the RFP documents, if made, will be by written Xxxxxxxx issued duly by PSA. A copy of such Addendum will be posted through the electronic bidding system service provider XxxxxxxXxx and notification will be sent electronically to prospective Offerors of record. PSA will not be responsible for any other explanation or interpretation of the RFP documents made or given prior to the award of the contract. Prospective Offerors are advised that, after the RFP has been issued, electronic submission through PSA’s electronic bidding system service provider, XxxxxxxXxx, is the preferred primary forum through which comments and suggestions may be offered for consideration by PSA prior to continuation of the RFP process. All best efforts have been made to ensure that the product/service descriptions and associated specification information are correct, and adequate time has been given to prospective Offerors to point out mistakes. However, if an error remains and is caught by Offeror before the scheduled bid/proposal opening, Offeror shall make note of the required correction in the Response, and shall also notify PSA prior to the opening of responses.

  • Clarifications It is the Bidder’s responsibility to become familiar with and fully informed regarding the terms, conditions and specifications of this Invitation for Bids. Lack of understanding and/or misinterpretation of any portions of this Invitation for Bids shall not be cause for withdrawal of your bid after opening or for subsequent protest of award. Bidder’s must contact the Procurement Division, at the phone number on the bid cover sheet prior to bid opening, should clarification be required. Modification or alteration of the documents contained in the solicitation or contract shall only be valid if mutually agreed to in writing by the Bidder and the County.

  • Request for clarification of the report 1. Within 10 days of the release of the report, either of the disputing Parties may submit a written request to the Panel, a copy of which shall be sent to the other Party, for clarification of any items the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. 2. The Panel shall respond to the request within 10 days following the submission of such request. The clarification of the Panel shall only be a more precise explanation or definition of the original contents of the report, and not an amendment of such report. 3. The filing of this request for clarification will not postpone the effect of the Panel report nor the deadline for compliance of the adopted decision, unless the Panel decides otherwise.
