Quorum /Chairing/ Agendas. Minutes A quorum for a meeting shall consist of two (2) representatives of each party. The chairing of meetings shall alternate between co-chairs designated by each of the parties. The agenda will be prepared by the co-chair responsible for chairing the meeting. Minutes shall be prepared by the alternate co-chair and distributed to each of the parties.
